What to write in your report
Tell us which page you were on, what the page says, and what you think it should say. If a feature of Auralys has changed — a new game, a renamed section, a different sign-up flow — mention when you saw the change in the app. Reports with those details get fixed first, because we can check them quickly against the official app.
What we cannot help with
We are a fan and information site, not Auralys support. We cannot reset your password, recover your account, delete your ratings, or change anything inside your Auralys profile. For account problems, log in at the official site, auralys.app, and use the help options inside your account.
Safety reports
If you find a site pretending to be Auralys — a fake APK download, a page asking for your password, a paid "Auralys premium" sold outside the official site — report it through the community discussions here too. We keep a warning list on our download and access page and update it when new fakes appear.
Response times
This is a small site run in spare hours, so replies can take a few days. If your report is about a wrong fact on a page — a feature that changed, a date, a name — it goes to the top of the list, because wrong facts help nobody. Everything else is answered in the order it arrives.
